How To Make A Bacon Explosion

 

If you love bacon and pork, then you will truly love the bacon explosion.

Items Needed:

-"Wife-beater" Shirt
-Cheap Beer
-BBQ Smoker
-Oven
-Bacon (About 3 lbs.)
-Ground Pork (About 2 lbs.)
-Spices (Used for the rub)
-BBQ Sauce
-An Appetite For Grease

(WARNING: If you have an existing heart condition....this greasy treat may not be for you)

 

Step 1:

Buy yourself a "wife-beater" shirt. It sets the mood while cookin' this artery-clogger

 

 

 

Also some beer...perferably the cheapest that you can find

Step 2:

Make a basket-type weave of about 1.5 pounds of the bacon strips, then sprinkle the spices on.

Step 3:

Fry up the remainder of the bacon in a frying pan

Step 4:

Layer the pork onto the bacon weave

Step 5:

Wrap the whole mess up

Step 6:

Soak the hickory wood chips in some water before using them in the smoker

Step 7:

Fire up the smoka!

Step 8:

Throw the porky beast into the smoker and check on it at random times.

Step 9:

After about a 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours on the smoker, it can be transferred to the oven.

Looks just like a pig!!!
Step 10: Put your favorite BBQ sauce on it every once and a while to keep it moist
Almost done.....
Done....enjoy!!!
If you can't hack it...the pooch will love it !
